Three of the largest real estate titans in Beirut and Mount Lebanon districts joined forces to create a brand for their residential and commercial offerings in the Lebanese market. While they’ve operated in the market for more than twenty years, the brand has been practically an unknown entity to both suppliers and clients. Those who were aware of the brand perceived it as a persona branding of each of the founders separately.

KALEIDO was commissioned to bring to life the full brand identity, collateral and website.

CCContractors employed our proprietary process for branding, starting with an in-depth discovery including brand audit, founders' interviews, competitive audit, and other research to fully understand their customers, business model, and value proposition. We developed a brand platform around outstanding value with impeccable delivery.

The identity design contains a distinct part, two "C" letters to represent unity of the founders. In addition to the identity system, we also designed a series of sales collateral as well as website, promotional campaign, and reporting templates while working closely with the CCContractors team to provide brand guardianship on the internal toolkit aimed at agents and brokers.
